    Very scarce and quite beautiful folio printed leaf from the famous Incunable of the World Chronicle of Hartmann Schedel, printed by Koberger, the Latin edition, from anno 1493. Authored by Hartmann Schedel (1440 - 1514) in Nuremberg, the engravers being Wilhelm Pleydenwurff (1460 - 1494) and Michael Wolgemuth (1434 - 1519). In great shape, as shown, with 10 separate cuts featuring portrait woodcuts of various popes, leaders and figures and accompanied with attractive gothic font. A rare piece; in fantastic shape. Measures 15.5" x 10.75".
