    Description

    ANTIQUE MASONIC AMBER CUT TO CLEAR CEREMONIAL FIRING GLASS FREEMASON
    This is cased glass,  (2 different colors of glass fired or fused together when glass is molten)
    it is
    not flashed glass (2nd color is painted on and can wear off)
    3 3/8" across opening
    2 3/4" across base
    5 7/8" tall base to rim,
    (The soda can is for size reference in the photo)
    weight 1 pound 4.8  oz.
    It is wheel cut or etched with masonic symbols and emblems: skull and crossbones, star of David, masonry tools, the all seeing eye,keys, snake, sacred heart,candles, scroll and more.
    In very good pre-owned condition with no chips or cracks and only 1
    minuscule
    spot of roughness on 1 point of the base (see last photo) .It is hard to see but you can feel it. The base shows fine scratches typical for glassware from the late 1800s.
