PAYMENT
Paypal is our primary method of payment (must be a Verified Paypal account). If you do not have a PayPal account, please give us a call and we can process your Credit Card payment over the phone or you can pay with Cash or Company Check (Checks must clear our bank before shipment of item(s).
Please make sure your phone number is included so we can contact you in the event of a processing issue and to include on the shipping documents.
For shipments in California, we are required to collect the appropriate sales tax.
SHIPPING
Lynde-Ordway only ships to the 48 Contiguous United States.

Items with "Free Shipping" are only shipped free to the 48 contiguous United States.
Items with Free Shipping are sent via either USPS 1st Class / Priority Mail or Best Way. Please double check the address listed on the final auction or your PayPal account to avoid returned or lost shipments by the carrier. If returned by carrier, the buyer is responsible for any charges to send the item(s) back. If the items are lost or not returned due to wrong address, then No Refund or Credit will be issued.
All shipping information is posted directly to eBay on the sold item account page  after the item(s) have been packaged and prepared for shipment. If the item(s) are small and are shipped via 1st Class Mail, then a tracking number is not generated and can take 7 to 10 days to receive. Please check to make sure your Ebay messages are not going into your SPAM / JUNK folder, as this is how all communications are sent as per Ebay's buyer / seller agreement.
RETURNS
Please check the item page for specific return policies.
If a listed item states "AS-IS" or "For Parts ONLY", then there are NO REFUNDS / RETURNS on these items at all.
If a listed item states "USED" please check the listing to see if it has a return policy. Some used items such as electronics, electrical components, motors, and others have "No Returns" due to the sensitive nature of the items, which can easily be connected in the wrong manner by a user making that item inoperable.
If the item is "New", then for the first 30 days from date of receipt of your purchase you may return the merchandise for a money back refund (less any Restocking Fees listed on the item(s) auction page, excluding any shipping charges (for items which we offer free shipping, our standard shipping charges will be deducted from any refund or credit).
Returned or exchanged products must be in brand-new, mint condition. Items must be in the original, undamaged manufacturer's packaging with all packaging materials, including instruction booklets, packing inserts, and the blank warranty cards. Any items in Blister Packs or Manufacturer Sealed Packaging are not returnable once opened. Any merchandise missing the original Universal Product Code (UPC) cannot be returned.
Please use the Return this Item or Contact Seller button on your Purchase History page to ask us any questions or request a return. Lynde-Ordway cannot accept COD or freight-collect shipments.
Please enclose a copy of your invoice with your return and tell us whether you would like the item to be replaced or refunded.
When returning an item, please make sure you use a shipping method that includes Insurance and a Tracking Number. Items returned without a Tracking Number might take much longer to be processed.
If you live in California you may return the item(s) at our facility for exchange or refund.
