Vtg Green Depression Uranium Glass 2 Cup Measuring & Hand Mixer 1920's

Pretty sure it's Uranium glass, last two pics are the best I could get it to glow with my blacklight flashlight. No chips, cracks, or damage, some paint loss on the handle.
Measurements are often in the pictures.
